Together they started their new adventure April of 2025. After seeing the Marina in it’s dilapidated condition Kevin and Rick couldn’t help but see the potential in this Houghton Lake Marina Property.

With passionate people behind the helm of this lake landmark we will provide the community with a much needed lakeside hub.
