Kevin and Rick are the Owners of Good Days Marina on Houghton Lake.

Together, they started their new adventure in April of 2025. After seeing the Marina in its distressed condition, Kevin and Rick couldn’t help but see the potential in this Houghton Lake Marina Property.

With passionate people behind the helm of this lake landmark, we will provide the community with a much-needed lakeside hub.

In just one Year…

We have brought new life to this wonderful Houghton Lake Marina. We are providing services including the Rec Fuel Dock, a Lakeside Convenience store with Beer and Wine that even has order-ahead available!

We have a Full-Service department with a VIP experience. Forget the trailer, motor over to the Marina, and we will take it from there. The Boat won’t start? No worries, we have pick up! Call for a Service Quote
